How to use:

* for warming up: Remove the cover. Place the thermal insert in the microwave (650 W / 1.5 minutes) or in the oven (130° / about 10 minutes), place it on a radiator or any heat source. Never heat the insert over an open flame or coals. There is a risk of fire. We recommend reheating in the oven so that all the cherry pits reach the same temperature. The thermal insert slowly releases heat over approximately 1 hour.

NEVER HEAT THE INSERT WITH THE COVER!

Warning! Avoid hot cherry pits in case of fever, acute inflammation, vein and heart diseases, eczema, tumors or cancer.

* for cooling: Simply put the thermal insert (without the cover) in the freezer (for 30-60 min) or in the refrigerator for about two hours.

Be careful not to let the product come into contact with food. Avoid washing - the thermal paste may lose its properties. The cover can be washed by hand or in the washing machine at 40°C.

A hot water bottle is not a toy. Always use this product under adult supervision. Contains small parts that can be swallowed - choking hazard. Check the cover and insert for damage before each use. Throw away at the first sign of spoilage.
