The warranty period is specified in the warranty card (usually the warranty period is 24 months). In order to avoid misunderstandings, let's carefully familiarize ourselves with the instructions for use of the product. The warranty coupon is valid only if it correctly and clearly states: product model, serial number, date of sale, warranty period, clearly visible impression of the seller's seal, signature of the seller and the buyer.
It is forbidden to make any changes, delete or overwrite the data specified in the warranty coupon - in this case, the coupon is declared invalid.
Right of withdrawal.
According to the "Regulations of the LR MK on distance contracts", the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the product to the seller. Those terms do not apply to purchases made locally. The purpose of the Regulations on distance contracts of the MK is to protect consumers from purchases on the Internet, when the consumer, when ordering a product, cannot make sure before purchasing that the chosen product fully meets the consumer's requirements. However, the sixth part of Article 12 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights states that the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Your claims regarding the quality of the purchased product will be dealt with in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 631. "Procedure in which a consumer's claim for a product or service that does not meet the terms of the contract is submitted and considered" (http://www.ptac.gov.lv/page/502).
Before using the product, please carefully familiarize yourself with the instructions for use of the product to avoid misunderstandings.
Dear customers! Children's goods are unassembled. Our craftsman can assemble the product for an additional fee. If the part is damaged during assembly and manual incorrect assembly of the product, the BabyMar children's online store is not responsible.
The product warranty does not cover:
- For accessories, accumulators, batteries, connecting wires, light bulbs, fuses and other components included in the product set, which wear out during operation.
- For accessories or parts such as brushes, lamps, hand-operated parts that are subject to normal wear and tear.
- The terms of the guarantee do not provide for technical maintenance of the goods.
The warranty does not apply if:
- if the product has visible mechanical damage caused by the customer's actions
- if damage is detected as a result of natural elements - lightning, fire, flood, etc. and are independent of the vendor or manufacturer
- if there are damages caused by foreign objects, liquids or insects, etc. getting inside the product;
- if there is damage caused by the use of inappropriate chemicals or as a result of inappropriate care.
- if the customer has not followed the instructions for use, storage and transportation of goods. If the product is incorrectly assembled, installed or connected. If mismatch batteries are used.
- if the product has been used inappropriately or professionally.
In case of exercise of the buyer's right of refusal, the buyer is obliged to keep the original packaging of the product with the distinguishing marks of the product placed on it (serial number, product code, lot number, etc.).
Returning the product is at the customer's expense. But to avoid misunderstandings, the product must be unused, unopened. You must keep the original packaging with the complete set of the product without visual defects. If all the rules for returning the goods have been followed, the seller transfers the money (excluding the costs of goods delivery) to the customer's account within 7 days from the moment of receiving the goods.
